LYKOS is a deep-mine community carved into the red rock bowels of Mars, a tight-knit society of Reds who live and die by the harvest quota, bound together by shared labor, shared song, and an unbroken pride in the work of their hands. It is a small world — dark tunnels, communal fires, and the weight of stone on every side — but it is a world that made something extraordinary.
Rendered in a minimalist, vintage-inspired travel-poster style, this piece renders the warm ochre and rust tones of the Martian deep, with the geometry of mine shafts and cavern arches framing the intimate glow of community life far from the surface. A tribute to the place that was taken, and the man it forged.
