All Creative Madness products are made to order and shipped directly to you. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Processing & Production

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, they require a short production period before shipping. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the products in your order, package size, and destination.

Estimated delivery dates include both production and transit time where applicable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking information may also take a short time to update after a shipping label has been created.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. In that case, you may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your package appears to be lost in transit, or your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.

We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
