Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your order. Creative Madness accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions below.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and unused and returned in their original condition.

Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining the appropriate return shipping label.

There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for items that are new and unused. Please contact us before mailing an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and, when applicable, photos showing the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing.
